Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the end-to-end product backlog and product delivery activities, including backlog grooming and timely support for development queries.
  • •Guide the development team each sprint, remove roadblocks, and ensure products are delivered within agreed timelines.
  • •Ensure stories are ready before sprint start, aligned to “definition of ready” with clear acceptance criteria.
  • •Liaise between business and development teams to deliver continuous value and prioritize the backlog with the Product Manager based on product vision and client needs.
  • •Manage people by providing direction, coaching, and creating a performance-driven team environment; monitor performance and escalate deviations as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •12–15 years of relevant experience in product management, product development, technical management, or related fields, with a proven track record across product lifecycle.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Technical Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or equivalent.
  • •Certified Scrum Master or Professional Certified Product Owner (PSPO) or Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) is a plus; PMP and PRINCE II are an added value.
  • •Strong technical background with a sound understanding of software development and a thorough understanding of UI/UX design.
  • •Experience with Agile development and SCRUM, market research/benchmarking, and the ability to analyze business performance reports and manage budgets/cost estimates.
