•Oversee testing, commissioning and handover defect removal activities.
•Prepare technical due diligence reports and bank monitoring reports as part of project administration.

•University degree in construction related engineering (Civil / Architecture / HVAC / Electrical)
•Good English - spoken and written at CERF level B2 – essential
•Fluent Polish – spoken and written - essential
•Minimum 1-year of professional experience
