Key Responsibilities

  • •Carry out planned and preventative maintenance on machinery and developed factory infrastructure.
  • •Attend equipment breakdowns and carry out timely repairs to minimize downtime.
  • •Carry out refurbishment works from breakdowns or maintenance inspections.
  • •Prioritize personal workload in line with operational requirements and site targets.
  • •Support engineering project functions with handover and commissioning of capital projects, and complete daily timesheets and records.

Key Requirements

  • •Time-served with maintenance experience in an automated manufacturing environment, preferably with an HNC or equivalent.
  • •Good understanding of safe working systems and policies, e.g., SWP and LOTO.
  • •Able to work under pressure in a fast-moving environment.
  • •Proven analytical and problem-solving skills for equipment maintenance.
  • •Experience with ATEX and DSEAR regulations (beneficial) and Continuous Improvement/Lean Manufacturing (advantageous).
