Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the cross-channel editorial calendar and repurposing workflows so one strong idea scales into multiple assets while staying accessible by default.
  • •Run the newsletter and webinar series end-to-end, including strategy, scheduling, distribution, speaker/partner coordination, and day-of production with performance monitoring.
  • •Develop and maintain executives’ public voice across owned and earned channels through interviews, drafting, and pitching opportunities such as podcast interviews and contributed articles; manage the press release pipeline.
  • •Design and maintain HubSpot nurture sequences and lifecycle marketing workflows (webinar registrations, downloads, high-intent visits) and partner with RevOps on engagement scoring; support case study development with sales.
  • •Build brand voice, visual direction, and messaging architecture for acquired companies, audit and ship website/social/collateral improvements, and define positioning aligned with the Deaf and Hard of Hearing community.
  • •Identify speaking, sponsorship, and advocacy opportunities and build relationships with Deaf-led organizations and community partners to earn trust at relevant events.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of hands-on marketing experience, ideally B2B in SaaS, professional services, or a complex/regulated industry, with a track record of owning channels or programs end-to-end.
  • •Experience building at least one brand or channel from scratch (e.g., social presence, blog program, newsletter, or event series).
  • •Strong ability to create content buyers care about—even for categories without established names—and to explain emerging category language in the audience’s terms.
