Key Responsibilities

  • •Administer and support OpenStack and Kubernetes/container platforms in a production environment.
  • •Perform day-2 operational activities including incident resolution, service requests, health checks, and routine maintenance.
  • •Troubleshoot container runtime, platform, and infrastructure-related issues.
  • •Execute standard operational changes, upgrades, and maintenance activities following established procedures.
  • •Monitor platform performance, availability, and service health; maintain operational documentation, procedures, and service records; collaborate with Linux and bare-metal teams and escalate complex issues when needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience supporting OpenStack, Kubernetes, or container-based platforms in an enterprise environment.
  • •Good understanding of cloud infrastructure, container orchestration, Linux systems, and operational support processes.
  • •Experience with incident management, troubleshooting, monitoring, and service operations.
  • •Strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to maintaining service reliability.
  • •Ability to work within structured operational and service management frameworks.
