Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and implement a comprehensive contract management process to support successful project execution.
  • •Develop and execute equipment and services procurement strategies focused on construction projects.
  • •Perform market analysis to determine should-costs and secure best purchasing deals for equipment and services.
  • •Create and negotiate contract documents with the legal department, including supporting RFPs.
  • •Manage vendor relationships, track and report projected/actual spend, assess budgetary risk, and drive cost reduction initiatives and KPI monitoring.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience in areas such as engineering, purchasing, contract negotiation, operations/supply chain management, master production scheduling, or construction/facilities/industrial plant management.
  • •OR 9+ years of experience in one or more of the areas listed in the Basic Qualifications in lieu of a degree.
  • •Experience managing procurement and contracting activities, including contract negotiation and document management.
  • •Experience supporting construction and/or facilities-related procurement for equipment and services.
  • •Strong quantitative and cost analytical skills for budget tracking and spend reporting.
