Job Summary

Lead talent consulting engagements with a dual focus on revenue growth and high-impact delivery. Drive complex sales pursuits and develop client proposals, while managing and expanding existing client relationships and cross-selling additional services. Serve as Project Director for large multi-workstream programs, overseeing financial management, delivery quality, client satisfaction, and thought leadership through presentations, proposals, whitepapers, and industry events.

Key Responsibilities

•Drive sales by leading complex sales pursuits and developing client proposals.
•Manage and grow existing client relationships, acquire new clients, and identify cross-sell opportunities.
•Lead large, complex, multi-workstream projects as Project Director, including financial management and progress monitoring.
•Oversee the quality of client deliverables and ensure client satisfaction on strategic accounts.
•Act as a thought leader through client presentations, proposals, whitepapers, and representing the firm at marketing and industry events.

Key Requirements

•Post-graduate degree in Business, Human Resources, Finance, Economics, or equivalent; MBA or relevant masters preferred.
•At least 8 years of management consulting experience delivering talent management, organization effectiveness, or total rewards solutions.
•In-depth understanding of business operations and HR knowledge/practices in MNCs and Chinese companies.
•Demonstrated achievement of aggressive sales targets with strong business development capability.
•Strong project management and client management skills, with ability to work in a team-based environment under pressure.
