Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and develop instructional approaches and interactive courseware to meet training requirements.
  • •Support SME workshops to identify and validate job duties and tasks and to determine learning objectives and curriculum inputs.
  • •Assist with Training Situation Analysis, Training Systems Analysis, and Front-End Analysis to compare JDTA data to existing Course Training Task Lists (CTTL) and learning objectives.
  • •Provide feedback and track completion of items, conduct training analysis, and review the course safety plan.
  • •Collaborate with customers and subject matter experts to ensure technical accuracy of instructional content.

Key Requirements

  • •Secret clearance: must currently possess Secret.
  • •US Citizenship required.
  • •Bachelor's degree in a related technical discipline, or equivalent combination of education, certifications, training, or work/military experience.
  • •Three (3) years of experience developing group-paced instructional materials for Surface Combat Systems using Navy curriculum development standards and guidelines.
  • •Two (2) of Three (3) years’ experience in Navy curriculum development software such as Authoring Instructional Materials (AIM) I/AIM II and Content Planning Module (CPM)/Learning Object Module (LOM).
