Key Responsibilities

  • •Proctor computer-based CNA exams and objectively observe and score candidates demonstrating clinical skills.
  • •Ensure test event delivery and security by following Prometric policies, managing the testing environment, and protecting exam content.
  • •Prepare sites by monitoring rosters and ensuring the location is set up and cleaned up for events.
  • •Greet examinees, verify identification, monitor candidates during exams, and resolve or escalate candidate issues as needed.
  • •Provide on-site leadership and maintain relationships with testing sites and the Nurse Aide Evaluator community while managing online appointment schedules.
Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

  • •Registered Nurse with an active and unrestricted license in the state of operation.
  • •1 year of experience in long-term care or experience caring for the chronically ill of any age.
  • •Intermediate to advanced technical skills with computer programs and applications, including MS Office and Outlook.
  • •Valid driver’s license and a vehicle to travel to test events.
  • •Strong communication and problem-solving skills, able to work proactively and independently.
