•Grow and retain subscription revenue for Autotrader and Kelley Blue Book.
•Build and cultivate relationships with assigned automotive dealer accounts and expand relationships with decision makers.

•Use qualitative and quantitative data to run monthly ROI business reviews and support data-driven dealer decisions.
•Identify cross-sell/upsell opportunities, advocate during implementation/onboarding, and respond/route customer issues appropriately.

•Demonstrated proficiency with CRMs and analytic tools (preferred).
