Build and optimize analytics capabilities for Egnyte’s Data Analytics team, delivering insights across customer success, sales, marketing, product usage, and operations. Partner with Finance, Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations to translate goals into data-driven recommendations. Create interactive dashboards and reports for key KPIs, run deep-dive analyses to uncover trends and anomalies, and validate data pipelines to ensure high-quality, reliable reporting.

•Partner with Finance, Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations to understand goals and deliver tailored analytical insights.
•Serve as a subject matter expert on data tools and modern analytical techniques to recommend and support strategic initiatives.
•Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports tracking KPIs and business health.
•Conduct deep-dive analyses to uncover trends, anomalies, and predict customer behavior or market opportunities.
•Monitor and validate data pipelines to maintain data quality, accuracy, and reliability, and continuously improve analytics processes.

Key Requirements

•3+ years of experience in data science, business analytics, business intelligence, or comparable data engineering, including data warehousing/BI tools and techniques.
•3+ years building intuitive dashboards in Tableau, Google Data Studio, or similar tools.
•3+ years experience with modern data warehouse environments, including BigQuery.
•Advanced SQL for data extraction and manipulation, plus basic Python or R for analysis or experience with dbt for transformations and semantic models.
•Knowledge of SaaS KPIs/metrics and strong critical thinking to turn data into clear narratives for stakeholders.
