Key Responsibilities

  • •Support store goals during peak and high-volume periods by delivering exceptional guest experiences aligned with company objectives.
  • •Drive and exceed sales goals by leading ALO’s Flow initiatives while optimizing productivity and efficiency.
  • •Engage customers daily, maintain client relationships, and quickly resolve client needs to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • •In partnership with leadership, analyze reports to strategize and deliver results, supporting action plans for deficient areas.
  • •Ensure sales floor coverage, educate guests on products/community/culture, and execute front/back-of-house procedures; assist with shipment processing and daily replenishment.

Key Requirements

  • •Preferred 1+ years of prior work experience in a client-centric sales environment.
