Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead, mentor, and grow a fully remote engineering team; build a culture of accountability, technical excellence, and psychological safety.
  • •Structure engineering pods for autonomy with clear career ladders and succession planning.
  • •Partner with Product Management to ensure cross-functional, customer-outcome focused pods.
  • •Oversee architectural integrity, security, and performance of high-volume ad tech infrastructure; manage technical debt and cost optimization.
