You’ll define architecture, drive modernization with AI integration across the SDLC, establish metrics to improve delivery velocity, and build autonomous, cross-functional pods with Engineering Managers and Software Engineers. Focus on security, scalability, and cost optimization while maintaining a culture of accountability and psychological safety.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead, mentor, and grow a fully remote engineering team; build a culture of accountability, technical excellence, and psychological safety.
•Structure engineering pods for autonomy with clear career ladders and succession planning.
•Partner with Product Management to ensure cross-functional, customer-outcome focused pods.
•Oversee architectural integrity, security, and performance of high-volume ad tech infrastructure; manage technical debt and cost optimization.
•Establish and monitor engineering metrics (e.g., DORA/SPACE) and drive AI-augmented tooling to improve delivery velocity and code quality.
