Job Function: Program & Project Management (PMO)

Key Responsibilities

•Plan and execute programs focusing on quality and deadlines.
•Drives completion of all required deliverables, with a focus on meeting established deadlines.
•Creates and maintains project management artifacts such as schedule, resource, risk and issues logs.
•Provides unique views of project status updates and facilitates cross development team dependencies and communications.
•Collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify areas that require special attention or escalations to identify corrective actions.

Key Requirements

•Strong analytical, problem-solving and risk management skills; able to work cross-functionally in a dynamic environment.
•Proven track record delivering complex hardware/SoC programs and meeting deadlines.
•Self-directed with excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
•Experience with IP design, verification, SoC integration and software development teams; ability to resolve program roadblocks efficiently.
•PMP certification is a plus or equivalent project management credentials.
