Job Summary

Lead SAP project delivery, managing change requests across upgrades/migrations and interface development. Key Responsibilities

•Manage delivery of SAP projects using Agile/Scrum.
•Oversee change requests related to upgrades/migrations and interface development.
•Coordinate with customer IT managers and business users for requirement gathering, periodic reporting, UAT, and sign-offs.
•Develop high-level estimates and produce proposals and SOWs based on requirements across modules.
•Manage project personnel activities including resource requests, interviews, onboarding, and offboarding.

Key Requirements

•8+ years of SAP experience, including at least 3+ years as a project manager.
•Experience managing change requests for upgrades/migrations and interface development.
•People management experience including resource requests, interviews, onboarding, and offboarding.
•Ability to handle customer IT managers and business users for requirement gathering, periodic reporting, UAT, and sign-offs.
•Knowledge of Agile/Scrum and capability to understand requirements across modules, provide high-level estimates, and develop proposals and SOW.
