Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare and deliver engaging, specific demos showing how the platform addresses customer pain points and delivers value.
  • •Map customers’ current-state workflows and pain points to business outcomes, and define the target-state process teams will adopt.
  • •Lead change management across engineering teams so deployments become a durable way of working.
  • •Deploy and tune AI capabilities against customer standards, using checklists and design guidelines to diagnose what’s working.
  • •Expand adoption across new teams, programs, and sites within the account by partnering with Customer Success.

Key Requirements

  • •Bring broad industry exposure across complex mechanical domains (automotive, aerospace, heavy equipment, medical devices, or similar).
  • •Deep knowledge and experience with knowledge of CAD/PLM tools, and ability to establish credibility with customers through domain expertise.
  • •Experience with change management and rolling out new tools/processes in an engineering environment.
  • •Comfort delivering demos and explaining complex engineering topics clearly to different audiences (whiteboard to C-level).
  • •Able to work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success and communicate strongly while juggling multiple initiatives.
