•Compliance & Procedures: Enforce game policies, procedures, and internal guidelines in alignment with company standards and Serbian regulations.
•Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows within the studio.
•Performance & Reporting: Analyze financial statements and activity reports, adjusting strategies to meet business KPIs.
