Provide in-person and phone client service by developing and expanding relationships through consultative conversations. Drive branch and individual sales targets by offering deposit, credit, convenience, and other financial products, and refer more complex needs to internal specialists. Cross-train for required teller duties, advise on consumer lending and loan applications, and follow internal controls, risk management, and compliance requirements while continuously improving product and sales knowledge.
