Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead regulatory compliance for cosmetic products marketed in the Middle East, Africa, India, and APAC, including formula review, packaging, and claims.
  • •Initiate and coordinate testing required for regional compliance with the wider regulatory team.
  • •Manage product registration activities for MEAI and APAC, including document requests, retailer collaboration, and tracking registration status.
  • •Conduct formula and artwork reviews for MEAI and APAC compliance and lead related compliance initiatives (e.g., Halal certification).
  • •Provide regulatory intelligence, support new market/retailer onboarding, attend launch meetings, and lead post-market surveillance with cosmetovigilance escalation procedures.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven Cosmetic Regulatory Affairs experience with 3-4 years in the role, with demonstrated expertise in makeup and cosmetics.
  • •Experience in cosmetic product registrations across the Middle East, India, and Asia Pacific regions.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Adobe; familiarity with social media/web platforms is a plus.
