Job Summary

Build and lead Jetson’s Nashville market from the ground up—owning day-to-day branch operations, customer installations/service work, and quality and safety. Recruit, onboard, coach, and develop HVAC and electrical field teams, manage vendors and subcontractors, and build partnerships for brand awareness and customer acquisition. Use data and KPIs to drive continuous improvement, manage the P&L, and provide regular operating and financial reporting to the executive team.

Key Responsibilities

•Oversee daily operations of the Nashville branch, including scheduling, installations, service calls, quality control, and safety compliance.
•Build and lead a high-performing team of HVAC technicians and electricians from scratch through recruiting, onboarding, coaching, and accountability.
•Lead from the front every day to uphold Jetson culture and attract and hire top talent.
•Lead, mentor, and develop the field force to deliver the best customer experience.
•Manage vendor and subcontractor relationships and establish local partnerships to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 140,000 - 165,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Direct, hands-on experience managing and dispatching a field force of HVAC technicians, electricians, or residential home services installation crews working inside customers' homes.
•Proven experience launching or building a new market, branch, or division from zero with no existing team, customer base, or playbook.
•Full P&L ownership at meaningful scale in a field operations or home services context, including managing budgets and driving decisions with data and KPIs.
•Proven track record building and developing high-performing teams from scratch (recruiting, onboarding, coaching, accountability).
•Background in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or adjacent residential home improvement; HVACR Master Contractor License or Tennessee equivalent strongly preferred.
