Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and deliver the product roadmap for autonomy capabilities, including interfaces for UI-based oversight, explainability, and control.
  • •Define autonomy behavior and human-machine interfaces, including decision authority, operator overrides, engagement constraints, and safety/control guardrails.
  • •Coordinate software execution with engineering by sequencing workstreams, surfacing dependencies/blockers, tracking delivery, and holding stakeholders accountable to schedule.
  • •Communicate roadmaps and execution status to stakeholders, escalating trade-offs and decision points as needed.
  • •Drive lifecycle delivery by working hands-on to ship capabilities, validate and experiment, define success metrics, and iterate with defense operators and SMEs.

Salary: USD 166,000 - 220,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •3-5 years in software product management, ideally in highly technical areas such as autonomous systems and AI/ML products.
  • •Active U.S. Secret security clearance (Top Secret preferred), and ability to maintain it.
  • •Fluency in autonomy and controls concepts (e.g., state estimation, planning, closed-loop control) to reason about system behavior and limits.
  • •Foundational understanding of backend web technologies and distributed systems.
