Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain formulations, specifications, and project records in internal systems.
  • •Provide technical documents/specifications to support registrations, investigations, and market inquiries.
  • •Support sampling activities and facilitate sample requirements and shipments globally.
  • •Lead sampling and support NPD projects, ensuring delivery according to project timelines.
  • •Transfer new formulations concepts into finished product at co-packers by sharing relevant documentation and samples.

Key Requirements

  • •University degree or college diploma in a scientific field (e.g., Chemistry, Food Science/engineering, Brewing and Distilling, Nutrition).
  • •Understanding of product development, including flavor use, shelf-life testing, and sensory testing for RTD products.
  • •Ability to interpret data and prepare reports and certificates.
  • •Strong interpersonal/influencing and problem-solving skills, with teamwork orientation.
  • •Microbiology/Food Safety knowledge is an asset.
