Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute inventory management to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink.
  • •Investigate and root cause inventory accuracy issues, partnering with store leadership to escalate process/system gaps.
  • •Support operational functions including shipment, receiving, processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management.
  • •Maintain and champion sales floor visual standards and ensure strong stockroom standards and processes for a safe, efficient operation.
  • •Use reporting, budgets, expenses, inventory control, supplies, vendor relationships, technology, and facilities to execute operations-focused directives and projects.
