Key Responsibilities

  • •Direct a portfolio of critical projects mixing operational maintenance/security, TMA, and transformation programs (Cloud, Data, AI) in forfaitaire mode or service center/integrated teams.
  • •Ensure client relationship and economic balance for projects covering multi-million-euro annual order volumes and teams of varying sizes.
  • •Identify and assemble resources, structure project teams according to client needs and technical stakes.
  • •Organize delivery, pilot execution, and report progress of delivery.
  • •Manage contractual aspects with clients and subcontractors, including governance, amendments, methodology, service catalog, and ensure cost and deadline commitments.

Key Requirements

  • •Engineering school graduate (Bac+5) or equivalent university degree.
  • •Significant experience in project steering within a results-driven environment (ESN).
  • •Experience in project management or managing multi-disciplinary service centers.
  • •Ability to pilot a complex project involving diverse skills across multiple sites.
  • •Leadership and communication skills to animate a matrix team and act as central interface between project team, client, and Business Unit.
