Lead end-to-end capital projects at a high-volume, automated manufacturing site, guiding scope, design, execution, startup, and handoff. Balance technical, financial, and execution priorities across Making Process or Converting/Finish Product Handling teams. Manage scope, schedule, budget, and risk; coordinate with vendors and cross-functional teams to deliver safety-driven capital upgrades and continuous improvement.
