Job Summary

Own client security solution requirements and help resolve them to meet SLAs through configurations, installations, and break/fix support. Work on low-to-medium complexity incidents, troubleshoot and resolve problems, and escalate complex issues to relevant third parties. Assist with documenting SOPs for installations and fixes, compile project administration data, and deliver basic customer presentations while developing security engineering and systems integration expertise.

Key Responsibilities

•Own larger portions of installations and break/fix incidents during the project lifecycle for low-to-medium complexity work.
•Take responsibility for problem resolution and troubleshooting during the project lifecycle.
•Escalate complex problems to relevant third parties.
•Assist with documentation of standard operating procedures for installations and fixes during ops handover.
•Compile and maintain project administration (time capture and feedback to stakeholders) and conduct elementary customer presentations.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Information Technology, Computing, or a related field.
•Vendor certification is mandatory.
•Moderate experience in SOC analysis operations and security incident handling end to end.
•Moderate experience using SIEM (including Azure/AWS/GCP) and configuring/managing security controls (e.g., firewall, IDS/IPS, EDR, NDR, UTM, proxy, SOAR, honeypots).
•Ability to develop knowledge of security architecture and log collection mechanisms (e.g., Syslog, log files, DB API).
