Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform regular and complex non-destructive examinations to determine material or product acceptability.
  • •Inspect for surface and subsurface defects such as cracks, laminations, pinholes, voids, and defects in welds.
  • •Operate magnetic particle and penetrant examination equipment to test, measure, and inspect materials and products.
  • •Prepare materials or products for examination by cleaning, identifying, and setting up for testing.
  • •Read or interpret blueprints/drawings and support report preparation and additional qualifications.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent.
  • •Knowledge of Magnetic Particle and Penetrant Test procedures (preferred).
  • •Ability to read and understand blueprints.
  • •Capability of obtaining customer certification requirements.
  • •Excellent oral and written communication skills.
