Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide SME-level guidance and senior interface for export control compliance and technology transfer for the F-35 JPO.
  • •Support ITAR/EAR compliance across F-35 JPO international activities and ensure disclosures of controlled technology comply with U.S. export control law and DoD policy.
  • •Coordinate export license applications and agreement actions (TAAs, MLAs) with DDTC and DTSA.
  • •Develop and maintain export control documentation, authorizations, and technology transfer records in line with government disclosure policy frameworks and NDP requirements.
  • •Advise on export compliance planning for FMS letters of offer and acceptance (LOAs) and develop and deliver export compliance training to program personnel.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of export control compliance experience for DoD programs, including ITAR/EAR and FMS technology release processes.
  • •Demonstrated knowledge of ITAR, EAR, and AECA requirements for arms export control and technology transfer.
  • •Experience coordinating with DDTC and DTSA on export license and agreement actions (TAA/MLA, and related filings).
  • •Master’s degree OR Bachelor’s degree plus 4 years of additional experience in export control, international security, or technology transfer.
  • •Top Secret/SAR clearance required. US citizenship required.
