Supervise and mentor a team of safety and health professionals to develop and implement safety programs, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage physical risk across business operations. Monitor safety and workforce performance metrics, define and communicate safety processes enterprise-wide, train business operations on safety procedures, and facilitate issue resolution while driving continuous improvement. Serve as a change agent and coordinate workforce planning and career development for team members.
