Key Responsibilities

•Manage and develop facultative reinsurance programs for Financial Lines and Cyber for a portfolio of clients and revenues.
•Interact daily with clients to analyze their reinsurance needs and build stable, lasting relationships.
•Conduct technical analysis of client requirements and coordinate with the international reinsurance market and the Aon network to deliver optimal solutions.
•Lead all placement phases with a specialized team and coordinate with various internal functions affected by the process.
•Coordinate, prepare, and verify current reinsurance coverages, supported by a Broker Support team for administrative tasks and collaborate with Italian colleagues (Analytics, Treaty, Direct) to gain a full market view for global clients.

Key Requirements

•3-5 years of experience in the insurance and/or reinsurance sector.
•Fluent in English (written and spoken).
•Strong data analysis and data processing capabilities.
•Excellent IT skills and software proficiency.
•Knowledge of other languages and understanding of civil and international law and international markets a plus.
