Job Summary

Perform diagnostic imaging procedures—including X-ray, CT, MRI, mammogram, and fluoroscopy—following physician orders. Prepare and position patients, explain procedures to reduce anxiety, and ensure safety, comfort, privacy, and radiation protection using ALARA principles. Operate and maintain imaging equipment, assess image quality, document records, and collaborate with radiologists and physicians to support timely diagnosis and treatment.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform diagnostic imaging procedures (X-ray, CT, MRI, mammogram, fluoroscopy) as per physician orders.
•Prepare and position patients correctly and explain procedures to minimize anxiety.
•Ensure patient safety, comfort, privacy, and follow radiation safety protocols using ALARA principles.
•Operate and maintain imaging equipment, report faults, and assess image quality before submission.
•Maintain accurate patient records, adhere to infection control, assist with contrast media when required, and monitor for adverse reactions.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree in Radiologic Technology, Medical Imaging, or a related field.
•Valid professional license/registration (e.g., DHA, DOH, MOH, or equivalent regulatory authority as applicable).
