Supervisor, Aircraft Line Maintenance Hub (Charlotte, NC, US)

Oversee aircraft maintenance technicians in the Line Maintenance Team within Integrated Operations, ensuring aircraft are repaired and returned to service safely, compliantly, and on time. Guide and direct terminal and/or hangar maintenance through crew chiefs and leads, manage workload and resources, and ensure effective communication to the workforce. Maintain relationships with airport management, FAA/TSA and other agencies, vendors, and union leadership, including identifying training needs for AMTs.
