Key Responsibilities

  • •Create high-quality documentation including policies, procedures, work instructions, manuals, reports, templates, guides, training materials, and operational documents.
  • •Translate complex information into clear, concise, user-friendly content for different audiences.
  • •Work with subject matter experts (SMEs) and stakeholders to gather, validate, and document accurate information.
  • •Maintain document version control, registers, and document management systems; monitor and manage document review cycles.
  • •Ensure documentation complies with governance, regulatory, legal, and audit requirements, including document retention, archiving, and disposal.

Key Requirements

  • •Qualification in Business, Communications, Technical Writing, Information Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems.
  • •Experience developing and maintaining policies, procedures, SOPs, and operational documentation.
  • •Strong experience reviewing, editing, and improving professional documentation with excellent proofreading and attention to detail.
  • •Experience working with SMEs and stakeholders to gather, clarify, and translate information; strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
