Key Responsibilities

  • •Greet guests, take accurate food and beverage orders, explain menus and promotions, and handle dietary requirements while monitoring satisfaction.
  • •Support daily outlet operations including mise-en-place, station setup/breakdown, clearance, and coordinating service timing with kitchen and bar teams.
  • •Use the POS system for order entry, modifications, billing, and payment processing while following correct billing procedures.
  • •Maintain up-to-date product knowledge (menus, beverages, allergens, specials) and guide guests with recommendations and alternatives.
  • •Uphold hygiene and safety standards, assist with training requirements, and apply upselling techniques to maximize revenue.

Key Requirements

  • •High school education or equivalent, with professional appearance and high hygiene standards.
  • •Previous experience in a reputable hotel/restaurant environment.
  • •Fluency in English (verbal and written).
  • •Guest-focused, approachable, and positive attitude with strong interpersonal skills and teamwork.
  • •Basic knowledge of food & beverage service standards, with the ability to work across high-volume operations under pressure.
