Key Responsibilities

  • •Support development of comprehensive project estimates, including construction, fees, direct work, and associated costs.
  • •Engage with vendors to review, validate, and challenge cost inputs, using benchmark data from prior projects.
  • •Advise clients on capital planning strategies and provide insights to optimize investment decisions and long-term financial planning.
  • •Support procurement activities such as vendor prequalification, bid evaluation, bid leveling, bid interviews, and vendor selection recommendations.
  • •Establish and manage cost reporting schedules; present cost reports and forecasts, maintain a commercial risk register, and support cost control including change management and invoicing.
  • •Manage aspects of the financial close process, including post-contract audits, account close-outs, and post-contract reviews.
