Key Responsibilities

•Lead DT project execution across classified and unclassified environments from initiation through close using Agile and/or Waterfall.
•Plan and deliver DT scope for enterprise programs and site initiatives, including DT components supporting Real Estate/Project Delivery and facilities deployments.
•Operate within REPM and use Planview and Jira roadmaps for intake, scheduling, tracking, and transparent status/forecasting.
•Own scope, schedule, budget, stakeholder engagement, and change control; enforce quality gates and readiness criteria to enable cross-team delivery.
•Manage risks/dependencies and EVMS/CAM, KPIs, staffing, and executive-level reporting; ensure compliance with DFARS, CMMC, RMF, and JSIG and coordinate project documentation governance.

Key Requirements

•Typically requires a university degree or equivalent experience, with 10+ years relevant experience (or an advanced degree with 7+ years).
•Active and transferable U.S. government issued Secret security clearance required prior to start date; U.S. citizenship required.
•Experience executing Agile and/or Waterfall projects.
•Experience managing complex DT scope across multiple stakeholders, including leadership as Scrum Master, Product Owner, or Technical Project Manager.
•Experience with cost, schedule, and risk management and compliance partnerships with GSS and site security.
