Senior Inventory Control Specialist

Supervise inventory control teams to ensure Monster Jam satellite shops and the Engine Shop maintain optimal parts levels. Oversee ordering, replenishment, and return/disposal processes while preventing shrinkage. Develop and manage an inventory control system across shops and mobile inventory, optimizing parts department operations and engaging personnel through communication, training, and support.
