  • •Manage contracts and suppliers to deliver high-quality employee services within a site or subregion, including IFM and renovation/construction management.
  • •Oversee day-to-day contractor activities onsite and interface with customers to ensure services and assets are maintained per service-level agreements.
  • •Supervise campus/building maintenance services (e.g., roofs, walls, landscape, pest control, facade cleaning) and structural maintenance and upkeep programs.
