Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and execute the long-term technical strategy and architectural standards for the Partner Hub Analytics platform.
  • •Lead design and delivery of scalable, high-performance data pipelines using Apache Pinot, Apache Iceberg, Flink, and Spark.
  • •Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineering teams to build technical excellence and growth.
  • •Collaborate with product management and multi-functional leadership to convert business requirements into robust, scalable data solutions.
  • •Set standards for data quality, observability, and system reliability; evaluate new data engineering technologies and lead enterprise data governance initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • •Extensive data engineering experience, including leading large-scale, sophisticated data infrastructure projects.
  • •Strong distributed processing skills with Spark and/or Flink and deep knowledge of streaming architectures.
  • •Advanced expertise in data modeling, database design, and/or performance optimization for large-scale analytical systems.
  • •Ability to architect and manage production environments using Apache Pinot and Apache Iceberg (preferred but reflected in qualifications).
