Job Summary

Lead and elevate all Residential Operations for a luxury hotel group’s Sensoria development, setting strategy, budgets, and service standards to deliver premium Resident experiences. Direct day-to-day operations across Residential Departments, partner with Owners and Executive Leadership, drive resident satisfaction and financial performance, and ensure compliance and governance. Shape long-term residential strategy, people leadership, and cross-functional collaboration in a high-volume luxury environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide strategic leadership across all Residential Operations to deliver elevated, seamless, and refined lifestyle experiences.
•Oversee day-to-day Operations across all Residential Departments, ensuring adherence to luxury brand standards and exceptional Resident satisfaction.
•Develop and execute a forward-thinking Residential Strategy aligned with the organisation’s vision and growth objectives.
•Lead the preparation and management of annual Operating and Capital Budgets, ensuring profitability and asset value.
•Collaborate with Residents, Owners, Executive Leadership, and the Board to identify operational enhancements and value-creation opportunities.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
•6–8 years of experience in Luxury Residential, Branded Residence, or High-End Hospitality environment, leading Operations and delivering exceptional Residential Experiences.
•Recent or ongoing experience in a senior leadership role within Luxury Residences or a High-Volume Hospitality Brand is strongly preferred.
•Excellent organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills; ability to mentor and elevate cross-functional teams.
•Strong stakeholder management and ability to engage with Residents, Owners, Executive Leadership, Board Members, and key Stakeholders.
