Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate advanced testing equipment (Stand Alone Tester, OLB, and LSM) for product validation and characterization.
  • •Coordinate execution of product development test plans, test sequences, and directed tests in compliance with standards.
  • •Maintain and manage lab environments, tools, and equipment to ensure smooth operations.
  • •Observe equipment during operation to identify malfunctions or operational issues and address them promptly.
  • •Record and maintain accurate data logs, prepare detailed reports, and troubleshoot issues related to test programs and product performance.

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma in Mechatronics, Electronics, Mechanical, or a related engineering field.
  • •Proficiency with basic computer systems such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and email.
  • •Experience in testing backend equipment, IC assembly processing, metallurgy tools, or operating testers is an added advantage.
  • •Ability to be self-driven and multi-task in complex environments.
  • •Strong verbal and written communication skills to provide updates and compile engineering data.
