Key Responsibilities

  • •Support customer SOC/IR teams in real-time threat hunting and incident response during cloud-focused adversary emulation exercises.
  • •Understand and leverage customer cloud security controls and detection capabilities to guide engagement work.
  • •Conduct Blue Team activities while CrowdStrike performs cloud-focused adversary emulation against customer environments.
  • •Manage CRTBT engagements from kickoff through report delivery, ensuring client outcomes.
  • •Identify long-term enhancements to the CRTBT offering to improve client detection, stopping, and recovery from cloud breaches.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 5 years of experience in blue team consulting services or MSSP roles, with strong background in one or more public cloud platforms (typically AWS, Azure, Microsoft Entra ID/M365, and GCP).
  • •1–2 years conducting proactive security assessments, incident response activities, or Purple Team exercises.
  • •5+ years cybersecurity industry experience overall, ideally including hands-on incident response, threat hunting, or cloud engineering.
  • •Experience with scripting, automation, and tooling development to support blue team operations and engagement workflows.
  • •Customer-facing project management experience with strong client relationship building with mid-level managers and executives.
