Key Responsibilities

  • •Accelerate test authoring, failure triage, and coverage analysis using AI-assisted tools (LLM-based test generation, copilots, and agent frameworks).
  • •Create test strategy, detailed test plans, and structured test cases based on product requirements and partner use cases.
  • •Validate full-stack behavior across local partner integrations and China-specific deployment environments.
  • •Lead robot hardware bring-up testing and execute factory software test plans covering functional verification, calibration, diagnostics, and manufacturing acceptance criteria.
  • •Manage robot fleet in the lab, execute end-to-end testing of GR00T-based robot action policies, and maintain data collection and learning infrastructure with dashboards and automation to track coverage, fleet health, and data pipeline quality.

Key Requirements

  • •Masters in Engineering (or equivalent) in CS/CE/IT/ECE/EEE.
  • •3 to 5+ years of hands-on software QA or test engineering experience across an embedded or robotics software stack.
  • •Strong programming skills in Python and/or C/C++ for writing logical scripts/code.
  • •Solid Linux fundamentals, including shell scripting, system debugging, and process/network tools.
  • •Experience with robotics simulation/perception and AI-assisted QA workflow automation; functional safety knowledge (ISO 26262) is required, particularly for autonomous systems.
