Key Responsibilities

  • •Build pipeline through targeted outbound prospecting into general contractors and construction organizations.
  • •Engage prospects via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other outbound channels, and identify relevant stakeholders across functions and leadership.
  • •Conduct initial discovery on how contractors manage subcontractor pay applications, lien waivers, compliance/insurance documentation, tiered subcontractors and vendors, and subcontractor payments.
  • •Identify manual processes and inefficiencies, then schedule qualified discovery meetings and demonstrations for Account Executives.
  • •Maintain accurate prospecting activity and opportunity notes in CRM, follow up on leads/events/campaigns, and share customer feedback and competitive intelligence.

Salary: USD 58,100 - 104,060 annually
