Job Summary

Design, develop, test, document, and support SAP S/4HANA technical objects for a global transformation program. Build clean-core aligned solutions across RICEFW (reports, CDS views, enhancements, conversions, forms, labels, workflows, and custom Fiori-enabling services) and deliver RAP-based backend services. Translate approved designs into scalable ABAP/extension patterns, collaborate with multiple workstreams, and support full lifecycle activities through testing, cutover, hypercare, and knowledge transfer.

Key Responsibilities

•Translate functional specifications and approved design decisions into robust technical specifications and SAP S/4HANA development objects using SAP S/4HANA best practices.
•Develop and support ABAP-based RICEFW technical objects (including CDS views, OData services, enhancements, conversions, workflows, labels, reports, and Adobe Forms).
•Apply Clean Core principles using released SAP APIs, released CDS views, and approved enhancement options; use Key User and Developer Extensibility and side-by-side extension patterns appropriately.
•Design and build RAP-based backend services (behavior definitions/implementations, validations, determinations, actions, service definitions, and service bindings).
•Support end-to-end delivery activities including SIT/UAT, security and regression/performance testing, cutover rehearsals, production cutover, hypercare stabilization, and COE/support handover.

Key Requirements

•8-12 years of overall SAP technical development experience, including 4-5 years of hands-on SAP S/4HANA implementation experience.
•Experience with at least two full-cycle SAP implementation or transformation programs; Greenfield or Greenfield+ S/4HANA experience is strongly preferred.
•Strong hands-on experience with modern ABAP on S/4HANA, including CDS views, OData, enhancements, forms, conversions, and labels.
•Ability to evaluate when requirements should be addressed via standard SAP functionality, configuration, Key User Extensibility, Developer Extensibility, RAP-based services, BTP side-by-side extensibility, or formal RICEFW development.
•Experience delivering and supporting technical objects across the S/4HANA transformation lifecycle (design, build, test, deploy, cutover, hypercare, and knowledge transfer).
