•Own the strategy, performance, and long-term growth of a portfolio of Thumbtack’s highest-impact Demand API partners, driving health, retention, expansion, and measurable outcomes.
•Build executive relationships and develop strategic account plans aligning partner priorities with Thumbtack’s marketplace strategy.
•Lead complex cross-functional initiatives across Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Support to launch integrations, new capabilities, and go-to-market initiatives.
•Use partner performance data, market insights, and business trends to identify growth opportunities and influence strategic decisions that improve marketplace outcomes.
•Partner with Product and Engineering to shape roadmap priorities and execute partner expansion from business case through launch, including designing partner success strategies and operational improvements.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 85,000 - 117,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, customer success, business development, account management, or similar customer-facing roles with increasing ownership and complexity.
•Demonstrated success managing strategic or enterprise partnerships, building executive relationships, and delivering measurable business growth.
•Proven ability to develop data-driven strategies, identify growth opportunities, and lead complex cross-functional initiatives in ambiguous environments.
•Strong business acumen, including experience influencing senior stakeholders and building business cases while balancing partner and company priorities.
•Experience working with API, platform, or systems integrations and translating technical concepts into business value for technical and non-technical audiences.
