Key Responsibilities

  • •Greet and screen visitors and provide requested information.
  • •Enforce company security and life safety policies and patrol facilities to protect lives and property.
  • •Respond to emergencies including workplace violence, alarms, fires, medical emergencies, and crimes in progress; assist with emergency procedures.
  • •Monitor electronic protection systems (alarms, CCTV, access control, fire, elevator, intercom) and maintain/troubleshoot hardware/software and databases; dispatch appropriate personnel.
  • •Maintain access control using a card key system and write loss/stolen or incident reports, conduct follow-up investigations, and prepare reports for court as needed.
