Key Responsibilities

•Maintain a centralised and accurate inventory of all Cornerstone engineering software licenses, and related documents
•Monitor, audit, and validate software & license usage to ensure contractual and legal compliance against vendor terms and agreements
•Interpret license entitlements, terms, and vendor contractual obligations
•Mitigate compliance risks through proactive monitoring, process improvements, and internal awareness, including conducting of regular internal audits
•Contribute to the development of governance documents relating to licensing and set controls for compliance for software usage and disposal; train employees on license compliance

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in information technology, engineering, business, or related field and four (4) years of experience in software asset management and/or license management or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
•Experience in software asset management, license management, or IT procurement (preferred).
•Experience in a global or engineering‑focused environment is an advantage.
•Knowledge of software licensing models (subscription, perpetual, concurrent, named user entitlements).
•Experience with engineering applications (e.g., CAD, simulation, design software) and license management tools.
