Job Summary

Lead and support the Fixed Income product growth for Retail Wealth and Global Private Banking in Taiwan. Drive product development, promotions, channel strategy, and operational processes while ensuring compliance, risk management, and strong client communication in a global wealth management context.

Key Responsibilities

•Contributes to the Fixed Income Product development to achieve business objectives
•Supports to all Fixed Income Product distribution channels in terms of product promotions, operation process and channel/customer communication
•Develops and execute products and channel strategy
•Develops tactical marketing campaigns and sales promotion
•Manage the everyday operations of Fixed Income sales in Taiwan, including relationship with Fixed Income Product suppliers, transaction process, new product onboarding and after-sales service

Key Requirements

•University or above graduated
•Fluent English communication and MS Excel / PowerPoint skill
•Strong communication and problem solving skill
•Has experience in Banking or Securities industry is a plus
•Banking wealth management experience is a plus
