Job Summary

Lead the design, development, build, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems for missile defense technologies. Work within a small cross-disciplinary team to drive electrical architecture, specifications, schematic capture, PCB layout, low-level firmware development, board bring-up, and debugging. Partner across software, mechanical, thermal, manufacturing, and production test teams, and produce documentation and verification reports to support mission-ready, flight-ready reliability.

•Design, develop, test, and commission highly reliable electrical systems for missile defense technologies.
•Drive electrical architecture through component selection, schematic capture, PCB layout, implementation, firmware development, verification, and board bring-up.
•Partner with software, mechanical, thermal, manufacturing, and production test teams to support integration and qualification.
•Resolve production issues using engineering justification across assembly, test, and vehicle integration.
•Generate and maintain design documentation including schematics, BOMs, and verification test reports.

•Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering (or similar) with 8 years of relevant experience, or Master’s (6 years), or PhD (3 years).
•Hands-on experience designing mixed-signal circuit boards from concept through production.
•Proficiency with schematic capture and PCB layout tools (e.g., Altium Designer).
•Strong skills in testing, troubleshooting, and debugging electronics.
•Experience working in cross-functional teams across software, mechanical, and manufacturing.
